What are the location options for vendors? Inside The LeConte Center main hall, lobby of the LeConte Center and outside in the Park N Show parking lot.
What are the prices for vendors?
Outside spot: $125 and it’s a 9×18 spot
Lobby spot: $175 and it’s a 10×10 spot
Inside $195 and it’s 10×15 spot
Inside Vendors- If you are an inside vendor and are displaying cars in your booth, we need to know ahead of setup day. Do not assume we can accommodate this on the fly. THESE CARS CAN ONLY HAVE ¼ A TANK OF GAS, JUST LIKE SHOW CARS.
Outside Vendors-Can I park in my vendor spot? Only with approval or you purchase another spot. There will be adequate parking in the lower lot in Spectator parking and a designated area in the upper lot.

Park N Show:
What is Park N Show? Think of it as a Cars and Coffee where people drive in, gather, and admire each other’s cars. Get lined up bright and early with the rest of the participants in the parking lot and when the gates open, drive on in. Or anytime during the day, you can drive in as well. We do have daily Park N Show awards that are given out, but these are not as detailed and meticulous as the Diamond Awards are judged. These are picked by our staff, not judges.
Price for Park N Show? Just the price of admittance, $20.00 per person per day.
Park N Show award times? Friday at 3:30 PM, Saturday at 3 PM

VIP:
What is VIP? This selection is reserved for preregistered participants that want guaranteed parking, where you can come and go and get your spot back. You will have lanyards for the weekend, and you will be up front on The Tail of the Dragon Cruise and the Friday Scenic Cruise. ** Also on your registration form, please indicate who is coming with you as your names will be on your parking spot.
Price for VIP? $100 per car
Do I need to register for this? Yes, this will be online. PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Can I register at the show? Yes, ONLY if we have any room left. The concept is to know ahead of time how many spots to mark off for this unique designation.
Clubs:
What if I’m bringing my club? Preregister online ahead of time to get locked into a guaranteed spot together. YOU MUST EMAIL SALES@CORVETTEEXPO.COM WITH CLUB NAME AND NUMBER ATTENDING. CUT OFF IS FEB 1, 2027. ONLY ONE PERSON FROM THE CLUB NEEDS TO EMAIL. EACH PERSON WILL NEED TO REGISTER AND STATE CLUB NAME. You will have lanyards for the weekend and will be up front on The Tail of the Dragon Cruise and the Friday Scenic Cruise. Club parking is outside only. We are giving Park N Show Club awards, so we need to know you are there.

Diamond Awards:
What if I want my car to be judged? You have 2 options: register early enough to go inside The LeConte Center or if that’s already full, we have a select outside that is dedicated to “Diamond Award Judging”. Your car will receive the full judging accommodation and detailed as the inside cars. Just not enough room for everyone inside.
Price for Diamond Awards? $100 and you will have 3-day arm bands. You will be given a dash card that must be in your dash so the judges can see it.
Do I need to register for Diamond Awards? Yes, earlier registration will get you inside. If that is closed, we will accept outside registration. And we can get you registered at the show.
How do I know my car is judged? The judges will be coming around quietly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so your car needs to be unlocked. They will place a sticker on the windshield to indicate it has been judged.
When can I move my car inside The LeConte Center? Your confirmation will have your designated time.
**TIME IS BASED ON THE FIRE MARSHALL AND THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY MUST BE PRESENT TO MOVE IN.

When can I move my car into the outside lot? Your confirmation will have designated your time.
Diamond Awards time? Saturday at 5PM in The LeConte Center Greenbriar Room
Tail of the Dragon:
What is the Dragon Cruise? A Thursday cruise that will start being staged at 3:30 PM and leave around 4:00 PM in the upper lot of The Leconte Center. IF YOU ARE AN INSIDE SHOW CAR, YOU CAN NOT TAKE IT OUT TO GO ON THE DRAGON. Bring another car or register for the outside.
Do I need to register for the Dragon Cruise? You DO NOT. We will have Dragon Cruise certificates at the registration trailer.
Who can go on the Dragon Cruise? All cars are welcome.

Friday Scenic Cruise:
What is the Friday Scenic Cruise? A Friday cruise that will start immediately following the Park N Show Awards. MORE INFO COMING SOON.
IF YOU ARE AN INSIDE SHOW CAR, YOU CAN NOT TAKE IT OUT TO GO ON THIS CRUISE. Bring another car or register for the outside.
Do I need to register for the Cruise? You DO NOT. We will have an announcement on where to line up and when.
Who can go on the Cruise? All cars are welcome

Sales Corral:
Can I sell my car? Yes, we have designated parking spaces for these cars, and they are registered. We ask you do not drive into Park N Show lot and add a for sale sign. You could be asked to take it down.
What is the cost to sell? $85**Stickers will be placed on the for-sale cars and cannot be transferred to another. A new registration will be required for additional cars.
Trolley:
We have a trolley that will run every 15 minutes between the upper lot and lower lot. This will allow everyone a quick “rest” before walking around in The LeConte Center or walking around the upper outside lot where there more vendors, food and show cars. These areas will have adequate signage and if in doubt just ask us. On the website, you can see these on the map.
**THERE IS ALSO THE WALK OVER BRIDGE THAT CONNECTS TO THE LECONTE CENTER
So, there are several ways to get back and forth between the inside and outside.
